Carnival is one of the most memorable events of the year, full of games, rides, activities, food, and fun! If this is your first time attending, get ready! If you have been before, welcome back, this year is going to be awesome!
Carnival happens right after school, to make it as easy as possible for us to reach our goal of 100% attendance. It is so much fun, you wouldn't want to miss it!

TICKETS: Each student in kinder and above needs a Carnival Wristband to attend. Wristbands can be purchased online at an early bird discount of $25 or the day of the event for $30. Adults and Children not yet in kinder are free! Extra Wristbands can also be purchased for older school aged siblings/family who would like to attend carnival as well. All rides, activities, games, and attractions are included with purchase of a wristband, no extra tickets or cash needed.
***Social level donors ($1,250), Party level donors ($2,500), Legacy level donors ($5,000) and Corporate sponsors will receive one wristband per EE student, no need to purchase tickets. Food Cards are not included - if you would like to purchase food cards, we will deliver them to your child's classroom along with their wristbands.***
FOOD: Food will be available for purchase at carnival via Pre-Paid Food Card or Credit Card, no cash please. If you have multiple children, you may choose to purchase a single food card to be shared, or multiple cards for each child. Unless otherwise indicated, we will send single food cards to the oldest child. Check out our Menu and pricing below!
SKIP THE LINE: Purchase your tickets and food cards by MONDAY OCTOBER 28 and we will deliver them to your child's classroom!
DISMISSAL: Students attending Carnival will be held in the their classroom after school and their teachers will distribute wristbands and food cards to them. Each student attending carnival needs to have a designated adult chaperone. Adults will need to meet their student(s) at their classrooms after school and walk them to carnival. Students will not be released to carnival without a designated adult. You will need to indicate your child's chaperone on their Smart Tag.
Smart Tag: Each student attending carnival will need to have it marked in their Smart Tag. Change your Smart Tag dismissal to "Carnival" - and indicate the name of the adult chaperone that they will be released to. Take care of this now while you're thinking about it, Smart Tags must be updated by October 30 at 1:30 p.m.! **

Pre-Paid Food Cards
Why purchase a prepaid food card? All food items at Carnival can be purchased with these cards. Your kids don't have to keep track of money and can grab some food on their own!
How will I get the card? All wristbands and prepaid cards purchased by Monday, October 28 will be distributed by teachers when students are released for Carnival. Additional food cards will be available for purchase at the Carnival check in table.
What happens to unused money on the card? Any unused credit on card is not refundable. However, it can be used toward any PTO purchase through the end of the year, including Spirit Wear!
What happens if I don't purchase a card? All food items at carnival can also be purchased using a credit card. Cash will not be accepted.

Parking and Dismissal Instructions
Parking
- Our bottom lot (Lower Car) behind the cafeteria/gym will be open for limited parent parking. The gate will unlock at 2:45 to allow you to pick up your child from their designated classroom (see below) for Carnival. Please note that Middle Car will be closed, so all after school Car Riders who are not attending the Carnival will be picked up from Lower Car.
- After the buses leave at 2:50, the top lot will be available for parking, and the top gate will be unlocked. Please don't try to park in the top lot until the buses depart and please do not try to go through the gate until all children have boarded the buses.
- The Middle Car lot will be blocked off and not be available for parking or pickup.
- Street parking is available on McConnell Drive and Westhaven Drive. Please be respectful of our neighbors' access to their driveways and use the crosswalk at Camp Craft Rd to cross over Bee Cave Road.
- Please use the gates to enter the campus instead of coming through the Front Office, gates will open at 2:45pm.
Unfortunately, there is no parking available in any of our neighbor’s lots. They may tow anyone who parks on their property, so please plan to carpool, walk, rideshare, or ride bikes.
SMART Tag - Please Read
- If attending the Carnival, please submit a CARNIVAL dismissal change in your SMART tag APP
- Please note - the cutoff for all Dismissal changes is at 1:30 pm on the day of Carnival. You may make the change anytime between now and 10/30 at 1:30. No changes will be permitted after the cutoff time and your child will be dismissed by his/her Default dismissal or Dismissal change for the day.
- Students will only be released to their parent/guardian unless otherwise noted in SMART Tag.
- If your child will NOT be attending Easy Care,, YPW, or a Community Ed class, please notify these organizations of the absence.
Car Riders
- All Car riders will be picked up at Lower Car on Carnival day. Middle Car will be closed.
Where to pick your child up for Carnival. Please arrive no later than 3:00
